Request for Health Equity Learning Series Applications
The Colorado Trust is soliciting applications for funding related to the 2016-17 Health Equity Learning Series.
An educational program of The Trust, the Health Equity Learning Series increases knowledge and awareness of health equity in our state, including factors and contributors that exacerbate disparities as well as solutions that might advance health equity. The Trust aims to accomplish this through learning sessions with health equity experts and by continuing a statewide dialogue around this important issue, so more coordinated action can be taken to create health equity in Colorado.
As a result of learnings from the first three years of the Health Equity Learning Series, The Trust has made a significant addition to this strategy: the request for applications (RFA) now includes a facilitated dialogue following the screening of the speaker video.
Click here to download the complete RFA, which includes details on funding amounts, grantee expectations, the application process and more. Applications must be submitted by April 27, 2016.
NOTE: The Trust uses an online portal for grant applications. You will need to set up a registration and obtain a password prior to accessing the application.
Please visit The Trust’s grants portal to register. It may take several days for you to receive your password information following your registration, so please do not wait until the last minute to register. Please review the RFA for additional information.
